- Once allotted and agreement signed, the PRICES ARE FIRM.
- Cost of Stamp Paper, Registration charges, Legal and miscellaneous expenses in connection with the registration of land to be borne by the Purchasers. In case any additional stamp duty is claimed by the registration department, the same has to be borne by the Purchaser.
- Other expenses to be borne by the client include all local taxes, Service tax, VAT, monthly maintenance charges of the Green valley township as applicable.
- In case the project is not taken up due to any reason, the advance application money of the applicants would be refunded without any interest.
- The allotment shall be confirmed only at the remittance of the full booking amount on or before the stipulated date.
- All payments should be made by DD/Local Cheque in favour of M/s iView Architects, Builders and Promoters payable at Bangalore.
- The builder reserves the right to accept or reject the application. In case of rejected, the booking amount will be refunded without any interest.
